~ Spare Bedroom Progress ~

I thought I should post the progress that has been made in our spare bedroom that might not be spare later in the year, LOL The previous occupant of the room (son) may be returning! But I did get the window treatment up, found a cute curtain rod that has finials resembling the ends of keys. Since the ticking comforter at the foot of the bed has those keys on it I thought I would go with the key theme.
I've always had a thing for olde keys, I also got a set of three shadow box style framed keys that I hung up. Still need to get a mirror for over that sideboard. I've got my eye on one in a catalog I get called Cohasset Colonials but it'll have to wait, well that's all for now!

I love the room -- what a great wall color. My girlfriend has a thing for keys, too. I like what you did with them!

Hi Janet ~~ The curtains look Great, just the perfect touch. May not look just the same if you get your son back home, but the room will be filled with love and laughter.

It looks great!
That happened to me, I had fixed up my son's room as a guest room, I loved it, 6 months later he was back home. He is now in college, he graduates in May, I have been tempted to change his room around again, but I think I will wait a long time before I do! Same for my daughter, she moved out, the job did not work for her, luckily her former employer took her back and she is back home! I am so thankful I a home for them to come back too, but after hubby retires we want to downsize!
Love the keys and how you displayed them, I have some old keys and you gave me inspiration!
